About Me:

Genesis Edenfield

A young man with short dark hair, smiling and making a peace sign with his right hand, seated on a bed in a bedroom. He is wearing a white T-shirt that says 'Simple Town' with a small graphic, and brown shorts. The room has an artistic painting of a landscape on the wall, a white electric guitar mounted on the wall, and a television screen on the left side of the image.

When I first got Reiki in 2018 from Peg Driscoll, it completely restructured the way that I think about reality.

It was the first time I felt ‘proof’ that this is not the real world- the real world is the world of spirit. That everything is energy, and that that energy could be summoned and transformed with love and intention.

Since beginning my reiki practice, I have found deep growth in my spirituality, psychic ability, and capacity to maintain my own energy body. Reiki is a wellspring in my life.

I do not think of myself so much as a healer rather than someone who is deeply interested in healing, parapsychology, and metaphysics and who wants to talk about it and, even more so, apply it. My entire goal with this practice is to remind you that you are your own healer via an uplifting, perspective-shifting experience.

For you to change your life, you must remember who you are. Reiki can be enough to stir the soul. In having some reminder or “proof” that there are bigger forces at play, one starts to desire and become more open to the possibility that real, deep change can occur- that there’s more than meets the eye- that anything is possible.

The take-aways from Reiki remain with you. At its most basic, Reiki is an extremely peaceful reset for stress and burnout, or, at its best, the beginning of a very rewarding spiritual journey.
