“The experience exceeded any expectations I had coming in. I quickly reached a deep meditation on the table, but something else happened that was quite surprising. I've had tension and loss of range of motion in vertebrae at the base of my neck for a couple years now that I've been trying to work out through stretching. When I got up from the table, the tension was almost totally gone - I haven't experienced my neck feeling like this in years. I'm not exactly sure what Genesis helped me work through, but I'm definitely coming back in the future.”
